By acceptance of a policy with Alamance Farmers’ Mutual Insurance Company, the named Insured becomes a member of this Company and is entitled to vote in person or by proxy at any and all meetings of the Company. Each member agrees to be governed by and to abide by the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, rules and regulations of the Company or any amendments that may be made thereto.

The annual meeting of Alamance Farmers’ Mutual Insurance Company is held at its home office at Graham, North Carolina on the third Saturday in each year at 10:00 a.m.
